MAKE MUSIC.
NOT SUPPORT TICKETS.

Fast answers for uploading, verification, discovery, collaboration, rights, and account safety.

What files can I upload?

Music may be MP3, WAV, M4A/AAC, FLAC, OGG/Opus, or WebM audio up to 50 MB. Album artwork must be JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 10 MB. The system validates the real file type, size, metadata, and rights confirmation.

How should I label AI music?

Choose Human Created, AI Assisted, or AI Generated. Add the tools and contributors in Release Credits so listeners understand the process without guesswork.

Why verify my email?

Email verification reduces disposable spam accounts, protects comments and collaborations, and gives account recovery a reliable foundation. Phone verification is not required at launch.

Can anybody send me a private message?

No. A creator must post a collaboration brief, another verified member sends a request, and private chat opens only after acceptance.

What is a Project Room?

A shared collaboration workspace for private chat, audio demos, notes, tasks, credits, and the final upload handoff.

How do the charts work?

Charts combine plays and likes while Rising gives newer tracks an opportunity to surface. Automated checks watch for suspicious play manipulation.

How do I report stolen music or a voice clone?

Use the Rights Center. It records your relationship to the work, the affected track, contact details, and the evidence needed for review.

Where are my settings and saved music?

Use Creator Studio for releases and metrics, Library for likes and playlists, and Settings for security, privacy, and notification controls.
